Snack bar takes only 5 min

I am very particular with my snacking! You have to be! Otherwise you end up eating whatever 🤭This snack bar takes only 5 min to put together and then it just sits in the ref. Done ✔️


  • 10 dates ( put in hot water while preparing the rest)

  • 1 C oats ( gluten free)

  • 1 Tbls nut butter

  • 1 Tbls tahini

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 Tbls dark raw chocolate chips

  • Add 1 scoup of protein any flavor you like ( optional)

  • 1 tsp ashwanganda ( optional ) - adaptogen with calming effect


Blend the dates with the tahini in a blender until it becomes paste like.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl preferably a glass square or rectangle one and set in the ref for at least 30 min.

Cut in cubs or bars and enjoy.
