Monday’s breakfast

Kids are back to school! And I am ready for my ‘detox’ scenario which happens once a month or so... Are you ready to follow us! No gluten, no dairy, no meat, no sugar!



1. 1 C buckwheat (soaked in water overnight)

2. Cook for 15 min in 1 C oat milk with 1 date (pitted and chopped)

3. When done cooking add 1 Tbls almond or cashew butter

4. 1/4 tsp cinnamon and any kind of fruit you like (1 apple or pomegranate or pear)
